Disclaimer

Last Updated: November 7, 2026

The information and games provided on RetroRushGames are intended for general entertainment purposes. This Disclaimer explains certain limitations regarding the website, its games, and third-party services.

1. General Information

RetroRushGames is an independently owned and operated browser gaming project. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that all information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.

2. Games and Entertainment

Games available on RetroRushGames are provided for entertainment. Game mechanics, instructions, features, difficulty levels, and performance may change as games are updated.

Individual games may contain bugs, errors, or technical limitations. We work to identify and correct problems, but cannot guarantee that every game will function perfectly on every device or browser.

3. Flashing Lights and Photosensitivity Warning

Some games may contain flashing lights, rapidly changing images, bright visual effects, or other patterns that could affect people who are sensitive to flashing lights.

These visual effects may trigger discomfort, dizziness, headaches, or seizures in some individuals, including people with photosensitive epilepsy.

If you experience unusual symptoms while playing, such as dizziness, changes in vision, eye or muscle twitching, confusion, or other discomfort, stop playing immediately. Anyone with a history of photosensitive seizures should consult a healthcare professional before playing games that may contain these effects.

4. Responsible Gaming and Taking Breaks

RetroRushGames is intended for entertainment and recreational use. We encourage players to enjoy games in moderation and maintain a healthy balance between gaming and everyday life.

Take regular breaks, get enough sleep, and make time for school, work, physical activity, family, and other daily responsibilities.

Avoid playing for extended periods without breaks. If gaming begins to interfere with sleep, responsibilities, relationships, or daily activities, consider reducing your playing time or taking a break.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to help children and teenagers maintain age-appropriate and balanced gaming habits.

5. Website Availability

We aim to keep RetroRushGames accessible, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, hosting problems, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may affect access to the website or its games.

6. Third-Party Services

RetroRushGames may rely on third-party services for hosting, security, advertising, or other website functions. These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, policies, and technical requirements.

We are not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of services controlled by third parties.

7. External Links

Our website may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience or additional information.

We do not control external websites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, security, or privacy practices. Visiting external websites is at your own discretion.

8. Advertising

RetroRushGames currently displays an advertising placeholder. If third-party advertising is introduced in the future, advertisements may be provided by independent advertising services.

The presence of an advertisement does not necessarily mean that RetroRushGames endorses the advertised product, service, or business.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, RetroRushGames and its operator are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from website interruptions, game errors, third-party services, or external websites.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
